Episode 6: Estelle with Francis Weller on Grief, Soul Activism and Love

 Episode 6:
Estelle with Francis Weller on Grief, Soul Activism and Love.

Grief has its own intelligence, its own wisdom… If we don’t experience it wholly, we cannot also experience the depths of our joy. Many of us are surrounded by a huge amount of Grief at this time. The tools for meeting and processing Grief feel more important now more than ever. In this conversation we discover that together with our loved ones who have passed away, there are also other things we grieve for in our lives. This conversation is a deep dive into the ‘Five Gates of Grief’ that Francis writes about in his book ‘The Wild edge of Sorrow’. He helps us to remember how when we Grieve, we are actually allowing ourselves to Love and live a truly Soulful life.
